William Bluford Jones was born on November 27, 1813. He married Mary League, daughter of Joel League and Mary Holdt, on August 8, 1851. [She was the second wife of William Bluford Jones.]. William Bluford Jones died on October 31, 1873 at Greenville County, SC, at age 59. He was buried at Clear Spring Baptist Church Cemetery, Greenville County, SC.      Bluford was among the earliest settlers of the Clear Spring Section of Greenville County. He was buried at Standing Spring Baptist Church Cemetery, Greenville County, SC.

Sarah 'Sally' Cox was born on May 28, 1837. She married Berry League, son of Joel League and Mary Holdt. Sarah 'Sally' Cox died on June 24, 1893 at Greenville County, SC, at age 56. She was buried at Standing Spring Baptist Church Cemetery, Greenville County, SC.
