William Jackson "Bud" Wisener I was born on May 8, 1865 at AR. He was the son of Jeptha Jackson "Jack" Wisener and Nancy Margaret Greeson. William Jackson "Bud" Wisener I married Texella Adaisy Kelley, daughter of Stephen Nelson C. Kelley and Cordelia Frances Oliver, on October 9, 1892 at Pike County, AR.
