The article was written by John Boyanoski, Staff Writer. A former Limestone College professor was one of three people killed during a late night crash Saturday. Robert H. Henderson, 63, and his wife Frances, 63, both of Greer, were killed during two-car collision along State 14 and Jordan Road at 10 p.m., said Kent Dill, assistant county coroner. The Hendersons were traveling south bound on the road in a 1997 Ford Crown Victoria when they were struck by a 1997 GMC Yukon that went through a stop sign on Jordan, said Lance Cpl. Eddie McAbee, S.C. Highway Patrol spokesman. The driver of the Yukon, James Bohar, 60, of Travelers Rest, was also killed in the accident, Dill said. None of the people were wearing seat belts, he said. Dill said the Hendersons were heading back from Tryon, N.C.
