Will Book A page 132. Last Will and Testament of William Jasper Jackson.     
Dated May 23, 1887 at Morrilton, Arkansas. "First, I desire and direct that  
all my just debts be fully paid, that my personal property shall be          
appropriated to the payment of the same, and if there should not be          
sufficient &c. I desire that the remainder shall be paid out of the proceeds 
of my real estate." Items Second and Third disposes of personal property.    
Fourth, I desire that each of my children shall have an equal interest in    
the remainder of my estate both real and personal, and that my real estate   
shall not be divided until my youngest daughter Mattie Bell Jackson arrives  
at the age of Eighteen years, and that she shall have a support from the     
proceeds of the rents of my land until she arrives at that age. Fifth. I     
appoint and constitute my son William A. Jackson of the County of Pike and   
State of Arkansas executor of this my last Will and Testament. Attest,       
J.O.A. Bush (and) Bettie S. Flaherty. July 27th 1887. Bettie S. Flaherty of  
Pike County, Arkansas being duly sworn, on oath says: that she was present   
&c. and saw said testator sign his name by mark (x) to said Will, that the   
same was read to him &c. and he declared the same to be his last Will and    
Testament, and at his request and in his presence (and in the presence) of   
each other, the said witness attested said Will, and that she believed him   
to be of sound mind and memory at the time. Subscribed and sworn to &c.      
before me. J.O.A. Bush, Clerk. August 3rd 1887. J.O.A. Bush attesting        
witness makes affidavit verifying the same state(ment) of facts set out by   
Bettie S. Flaherty before Chas. E. Stell, Clerk Circuit Court. Recorded      
August 8, 1887.
