Will Book A page 130. Last Will and Testament of Leroy A. Dickson. Dated
December 1st 1883. "First, I order and direct my executor as soon after my
decease as practicable to pay off and discharge all the just debts, dues and
liabilities that may exist against me at the time of my death. Second. I
give and bequeath unto my wife Mary A. Dickson all my real estate and
personal property." He bequeaths $1.00 each (Items 3-13) to his 11 children,
(Alwilda wife of I.B.H. Wall, James W., William T., Pleasant W., Nancy A.
wife of H. Davenport, Martha wife of J.H. Stell, Thomas J., John F., Mary E.
wife of Frank Wingfield, Leroy Allen and Emily wife of Add Threlkeld).
Fourteenth. I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Mary A. Dickson as
executrix of this my last Will and Testament. Witnesses, Sam C. Dean (and)
Miles P. Dean. July 27th 1886. Before the undersigned Clerk of (the) Probate
Court etc. appeared Samuel C. Dean and Miles P. Dean who being duly sworn,
depose and say, that they were present and saw (the) said Leroy A. Dickson
sign his name to said Will and he acknowledged and declared the same to be
his last Will and Testament in their presence and at his request, and in the
presence of each other they signed the same as witnesses and that they
believed him (Leroy A. Dickson) to be of sound mind and memory at that time.
