Will Book A page 107. Last Will and Testament of James McNeill or McNeal.
Dated May 1st 1883. "Ist. I hereby appoint and constitute T.M. McBrayer to
be my sole executor of this my last Will directing to my executor to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses. 2nd. After the payment of my debts and
funeral expenses I give to the said T.M. McBrayer for the kindness he has
shown to me and for taking care of me in my old age, all my right, title and
interest in & to the following described real estate, to wit: the North West
fractional quarter of Section Twenty-eight and the East half of the North
West quarter of the North West quarter, and West half of (the) North East
quarter of Section twenty-eight (township not indicated) south of Range
Twenty-five West, and all other lands which I have any interest in, in
Pike County, Arkansas; said lands as above described I give to the said T.M.
McBrayer forever. 3rd. I give to the said T.M. McBrayer all the personal
property which I have or may own at my death including household furniture
&c. It is my will and desire that the said T.M. McBrayer have all my real
and personal property as above stated and to take charge of it at my death
without having to give bond as executor. Witnesses, Michael Wagner, W.P.
Wright (and) W.B. Thomasson. Exhibited, proved and recorded October 30,
1883, W.B. Thomasson, Clerk. October 29th 1883. Before T.J. Tolleson, County
and Probate Judge, came William B. Thomasson and Michael Wagner, and being
on oath say, that they were present &c. and saw him (James McNeill or
McNeal) sign his name to said Will and that they attested said Will in his
presence and in the presence of each other and that they believe him (James
McNeill or McNeal) to be of sound mind and memory at that time.
