Will Book A page 98. Last Will and Testament of Elijah W. Kelley. Dated May
7th 1877. "After all my just debts are paid, the rest of my property with
the land and everything belonging thereunto shall belong to my widow 'on
till' the rest of the children become of age or marry, then I will E.L.
Kelley fifty Dollars, Samuel J. Kelley, fifty dollars for the purpose of
buying them a horse 'apeace.' I also will Mary E. Kelley and Martha A.
Kelley each a cow & calf and if Elizabeth Kelley my widow should marry
again, the property 'sell' (shall) belong to the minors till they become of
age, and after that, the property shall be equally divided amongs(t) all the
heirs, but if she remain my widow, she shall hold the property till her
death, and after her death shall be equally divided amongst all of my heirs,
this is my will. Witnesses, J.H. Stell (and) G.C. Griffin. Proved by J.H.
Stell and G.C. Griffin before W.B. Thomasson, Clerk &c. February 16th 1878.
