Last Will and Testament of Priscilla Osburn. Dated October 11th 1867. "1st. I hereby give and bequeath unto my three daughters Sarah Arnold, Nancy Carter and Mary Ann Hunter, residents of Georgia, Two Hundred and Twenty acres of land, situated on the West side of the Caddo river in Clark County, State of Arkansas known as the 'Billingsly Farm' to hold the said lands unto the said Sarah Arnold, Nancy Carter and Mary Ann Hunter for and during their natural lives, then to revert to their bodily heirs, provided in case the said Sarah Arnold, Nancy Carter and Mary Ann Hunter should not locate on said land within twelve months from the date of my death, the the same shall be equally divided among my three sons, William E., Andrew J. and Martin V. Osburn. 2nd. I give and bequeath unto my three sons William E. Osburn, Andrew J. Osburn and Martin V. Osburn, to be equally divided between them after my death, the tract of land upon which I now reside containing one Hundred and twenty acres, together will all my personal property of whatsoever description. 3rd. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said son Andrew Osburn executor of this my last Will and Testament." Witnesses, Wilson Trout (and) John Holcom(e). Will Book A page 87. In Vacation. November 22, 1875. Came before M.W. Hill, County Clerk, Wilson N. Trout and John Halcombe who being first duly sworn, depose and say, that on the 11th day of October A.D. 1867 they were called upon to witness the last Will and Testament of the said Priscilla Osburn deceased, that they were present and saw her subscribe her name to the within and ammend(ed) instrument of writing and that she declared the same to be her last Will and Testament, that she was in her right mind at the time of signing the same, that she requested them to sign the same as witnesses, that we did so in her presence and in the presence of each other.
