Last Will and Testament of C.H. Lomax of Pike County, Arkansas. Not dated. "I Charles H. Lomax" &c. "make this my last Will. I give, devise and bequeath my estate and property, real and personal, viz: South 1/2 of (the) Southwest 1/4, Section 32, Township 4, Range 23 West; Northwest 1/4 (of the) Northwest 1/4 (of) Section 5, Township 5, Range 23 West; Northeast 1/4 (of the) Northwest 1/4 (of) Section 5, Township 5, Range 23 West. Also one wagon, one yoke of oxen and all other stock cattle, horses & hogs and all other goods & chattles belonging to the above tracts of land; also all notes and accounts on my farm to my wife Josephine Lomax as her property. I also want my wife Josephine Lomax to pay all the debts against my estate as fast as she can do so. I also appoint Abraham Raley of Clark County, State of Arkansas and by occupation a farmer, Executor of this, my Will" &c. The said C.H. Lomax at his residence in Pike County, State of Arkansas on the 6th day of October 1874 signed and sealed this instrument and published and declared the same as and for his last Will and we at his request and in his presence and the presence of each other have hereunto written our names as subscribing witnesses.
