Will Book A page 69. Last Will and Testament of Wm. T. Bacon of Pike County,
Arkansas. Dated October 1st 1869. "1st. I give and bequeath unto my wife
Elizabeth Bacon all my estate both real and personal except as hereinafter
provided, that is to say, that when my boys comes to the age of Twenty-one
years, to wit: John Melvin Bacon and William Jasper Bacon and Martin Calvin
Bacon and Grandison Delaney Bacon to receive each one of them, one horse &
saddle and bridle &c. Etc., and in case my wife Elizabeth Bacon should
marry, then the property to (not deciphered) be (not deciphered) of her and
(not deciphered) her to receive a child's part and I do hereby appoint my
beloved wife Elizabeth Bacon sole Executrix of this my last Will and
Testament." Witnesses, B.J. Roberson (and) Anthony Floyd.
