Last Will and Testament of William T. Dickson deceased. Dated November 15, 1845. Recorded July 18, 1859. "I will that all my just contracts be paid." He then disposes of personal effects. "And I also will that Nancy Dickson my wife have and hold the balance of my estate during her widowhood, provides said Nancy Dickson should intermarry with another man, then my estate to be equally divided with my lawful heirs, and that Nancy Dickson my wife (be) executor of this my last Will and Testament." Signed William T. Dickson. Witnesses Elijah Kelley Sr. (and) George Glasscock. In Vacation. July 15, 1859. Came Elijah Kelley who being first sworn deposes and says that he was called upon by said Dickson to write his Will which he did and he (William T. Dickson) declared it to be his last Will and signed it in his presence and in the presence of George Glasscock; that he, Kelley and Glasscock, signed the same as witnesses at the request of said Dickson in his presence and in the presence of each other; that the Will was read in the presence of Dickson and met his approbation; and that said Dickson was of sound and disposing mind and memory at that time, and that said George Glasscock is dead; also that Dickson died in Pike County, Arkansas.
