Pike County, Arkansas and recorded in Abstract of Title Book Prior to 1890

Will Book 1 page 2. Last Will and Testament of Isaac A. Hutson deceased.     
Dated March 23, 1857. Recorded June 1, 1857. Directs that "after paying all  
my just and honest debts and funeral expenses, I hereby give, devise and     
bequeath all the rest of my estate, both personal and real, to my wife       
Martha Lucinda Hutson and the heirs of her body during her widowhood. And I  
hereby appoint my wife, Martha Lucinda Hutson, Executrix of" &c. "and desire 
that she execute the same without giving bond or security." Signed in the    
presence of William A. Bussell and Joab M. Hutson, subscribing witnesses     
"who sign the same in my presence and in the presence of each other.         
William J. Kelley certifies that he signed his (Isaac A. Hutson's) name at   
his own request. June 1, 1857. In Vacation before William J. Kelley clerk,   
came William A. Bussell and Joab Hutson, and they being duly sworn state     
that "William J. Kelley on March 23, 1857 in the presence of said affiants   
did sign the name of Isaac A. Hutson at the end of the foregoing Will for    
the said Hutson at his request and in his presence and that he, the said     
Isaac A. Hutson, then acknowledged and declared the same to be his Last Will 
and that they, the said William A. Bussell and Joab Hutson subscribed the    
same as attesting witnesses" &c. "in the presence of said Isaac A. Hutson    
and at his request and in the presence of each other, and that said Isaac A. 
Hutson when he signed said paper or Will was of sound and disposing mind and 
memory." Signed by said Clerk and the seal of Pike County, Arkansas Circuit  
Court affixed.
