For the consideration of two hundred dollars to me in hand paid, the Receipt whereof, is hereby acknowledged, to have & to hold s(ai)d property during his, the said Joseph Guest, natural life, after which time the s(ai)d property rightfully belong unto John Guest's heirs by Nancy Powel.
