Probate Book B pages 71 & 72. Power of Attorney. March 24th 1857. Johnathan
Ellison, Thomas Ellison, Isaac White and wife Emily of Pike County, Arkansas
constitute and appoint Israel G. Ellison of Montgomery County, Arkansas "our
true, sufficient, and lawful attorney" &c., "to collect all money due us in
the hands of Henry G. Ellison of Cob(b) County, Georgia" &c., "submit all or
any matter in dispute in arbitration" &c. Etc., full power given ratifying
and confirming all his acts. Acknowledged before T.J. Tolleson, J.P. Pike
County, Arkansas. March 24, 1857. Filed May 13, 1857.
