Know All Men By These Presents:
That we, Olliver Brewer and Jeremiah Brooks are held and firmly bound unto
his Excellancy John Sevier, Govenor, &c. and his successors in office in the
sum of Twelve Hundred and Fifty dollars, to be void on the condition there
be no lawful objection why Olliver Brewer and Polly Henderson may not be
joined together as Man and Wife.
Witness our hands and seals this 10th day of January 1804.
