____________________________________________________________________________ Hempstead County, Territory of Arkansas, At the Clerk's office of the Hempstead County Court. In Vacation 9th June 1832. This day came Henry Brewer in his own proper person into the office aforesaid, and applied to me Allen M. Oakley, Clerk of the County Court, for administration of the Estate of Oliver Brewer Jr. deceased to be granted to him. And it appearing to my satisfaction that he is entitled to Letters of Administration upon said Estate: Therefore I do hereby grant unto the said Henry Brewer administration of all and singular the goods and estate of the said Oliver Brewer dec'd upon his entering into bond with good security in the penal sum of Three thousand dollars, conditioned as the law directs, and making the affidavit and taking the oaths required by law, which he has accordingly done.
