Rec'd of Henry Brewer, sixty Dollars and nin(e)ty three cents, which I       
promise to enter as a credit on a Judgement in my favor as Publick (sic)     
admr. of the Estate of Peter Holliday Dec'd, against Thomas M. Hughes, Ben   
Scott and James Hughes in the Pike Circuit Court, which Judgement, the said  
Henry Brewer assumed to pay January 20th 1846.
