Probate Book B page 169. April Term 1863. Sarah Jane Peacock, Complainant    
vs. Newport Floyd as administrator of the estate of John L.C. Peacock        
deceased and John L.C. Peacock, Defendants, to Petition for Dower, said John 
L.C. Peacock is a minor. William J. Kelley consents to act as his guardian   
ad litem. Said administrator and quardian &c. appear and answer &c. It       
appearing to the Court that (the) said John L.C. Peacock deceased died       
seized and possesed of the following described real estate, to wit: the      
Southwest 1/4 (of the) Northeast 1/4 (of) Section 11, Township 6, Range 26   
(West) containing 40 acres. The Court decrees that said complainant be       
endowed with 1/3 interest in said real estate &c. and Gaines B. Jackson,     
James R. Bush, and David Mitchell are appointed Commissioners to lay off and 
assign her said interest therein including the dwelling house thereon, and   
that they make their report at the next term of this Court.
