Probate Book B page 153. In Vacation. March 2, 1863. Delphina J. Smith
states and represents that "letters testamentary upon the Last Will &
Testament of C.H. Smith deceased have been this day granted to me as
Executrix of said estate." She would further state &c. that there is certain
personal property &c. and prays for an order in vacation to sell said
property, which prayer is granted by the Court.
