Probate Book 1 page 420. October Term 1859. A.J. Hutson petitions, states
and represents that he did on November ___, 1859 take letters of
administration on the estate of Isaac A. Hutson late of Pike County,
Arkansas deceased; that there is a considerable amount of personal estate
&c., and prays for an order to sell the same, verified by affidavit. The
petitioner's prayer is by the Court granted. Probate Book 1 page 453.
January Term 1860. Administrator files bond for $2400 and the same is by the
Court approved. Probate Book B page 163. July 28th 1863. Administrator makes
final settlement &c., and is by the Court wholly discharged.
