Pike County, Arkansas and recorded in Abstract of Title Book Prior to 1890

Probate Book 1 page 310. In Vacation. June 20th 1859. M.W.C. Frazier
petitions and states that he has this day taken letters of administration on
the estate of John Jacobs late of Pike County, Arkansas deceased; that there
is considerable personal property &c., Etc. He prays for an order to sell
said personal property, facts verified by affidavit. The prayer of the
petitioner is by the Court granted. Probate Book 1 page 326. July Term 1859.
Administrator presents bond for $1000 and the same is by the Court approved.
