Pike County, Arkansas and recorded in Abstract of Title Book Prior to 1890

Probate Book 1 page 271. In Vacation. March 29th 1859. Edwin Lynn petitions
and states and represents that on the 26th day of March 1859 he took letters
of administration on the estate of Jesse Bittick deceased &c. That all the
immediate heirs are of age, that there is personal property belonging to
said estate &c., etc., and prays for an order to sell said personal
property &c. The prayer of the petitioner is granted by the Court. Probate
Book 1 page 298. April Term 1859. Administrator presents bond for $1600 and
the same is by the Court approved. Probate Book C page 133. July Term 1875.
A.W. Davis administrator de bonis non of said (estate) files his final
account current and settlement. The same is in all things confirmed by the
Court and the administrator de bonis non is discharged.
