Probate Book 1 page 262. January Term 1859. Bond of John C. Logan as
administrator of the estate of James B. Tally deceased in the sum of $2000
presented and by the Court approved. Probate Book 1 page 269. In vacation
the said Administrator states and represents that on the 20th day of January
1859 he took letters of administration on the estate of James B. Tally who
lately departed this life in said Pike County, Arkansas intestate &c., and
prays for an order to sell the personal estate of said deceased &c. Petition
verified by affidavit. The Court grants petitioner's prayer.
