Probate Book 1 page 207. October 18th 1858. In Vacation. Wm. Gilmer states
and represents that he did on the 18th day of September 1858 take letters of
administration on the estate of David A. Walton who lately departed this
life in Pike County, Arkansas intestate; that there is considerable personal
property &c., and he prays for an order to sell said property. October 19,
1858. The prayer of the petitioner is granted. October Term 1858.
Administrator's bond for $3600 presented and approved.
