Probate Book 1 page 82. July 28th 1856. John Dickson administrator of the
estate of Sion B. Dickson this day exhibited and filed his petition and
affidavit in this Court alleging that the said Sion B. Dickson deceased was

real estate in Pike County, Arkansas and known as the East 1/2 (of the)
Southwest quarter (of) Section 32, Township 8, Range 25. That said land

per cent interest will yield to said estate and the persons interested
therein more money than the increased value of said land. Affidavit of David
Huddleston a citizen of Pike County and a disinterested person presented
certifying the same facts set forth in said petition &c. Court orders that
the said John Dickson administrator of the Estate of Sion B. Dickson
deceased proceed to sell and sell at the Court House door in Murfreesboro,
