appointed Administrator of the Estate of James Kizziar of Pike County,
Arkansas who died intestate as it is said on or about February 20, 1853.
Bond for $700 given. Probate Book 1 page 29. July 23, 1855. Administrator
files account current and the same was ordered filed and continued. Probate
Book 1 page 29. Inventory filed. Probate Book B page 86. Administrator makes
final settlement and the same is in all things approved and administrator
discharged.
