J.D. Kirkham Died In Calif.
Jim David Kirkham, aged 78, died of a kidney ailment in Riverside,
California, March 8, (1940). He was buried March 11 in Riverside.
Deceased was born and raised in Delight and so was his father before him.
He lived here for six years after he was married, then moved away to return
later in 1934 to remain about two years, then returned to California.
He is survived by one son Doyle, a daughter Minnie Allen and eight
grandchildren all of California. A sister, Rosa Keys of Texas also survives
him.
