We learn that on Monday, the 15th inst. (November 15, 1869), a fight
occurred at Murfreesboro, Pike county; between one Bill Brewer and John
Hancock, in which Brewer cut Hancock's throat, killing him instantly. The
guilty party was promptly arrested. An old grudge is said to have caused the
row. - Washington Telegraph.
