Walter C. McLaughlin, Defendant
Assumpsit.
This day came the said plaintiff by his attorney and on his motion it is
ordered that an alias Writ of Summons be issued herein against the said
defendant directed to the Sheriff of Pike County returnable to the next Term
of the Court until which time this cause is continued.
