This shows the tail tower as it was put on train tracks so it could be moved back and forth to work over the construction area. Note the big concrete counter weight on the back and how the forward track is canted to take the forward thrust. This tower was controlled by the operator in the head tower. In the picture is Tom, his father in law and son.
